Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the oscillatory circuit containing a nonlinear negative resistor with its characteristics i=-g_1v+g_3v^3,asynchronous excitation by external force can not exist under a certain condition. However,we experimentally and theoretically confirmed that the excitation can exist when the resistor is biased and is periodically switched by analog switch at much higher clock frequency than both resonant and external ones. The oscillation modes we obtained changes in the order of trivial, hard, soft, hard and trivial ones as external force increases. This mode variation is found to be the same as that in i= g_1v-g_3v^5+g_5V^5,except for the hard oscillation.
