Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A control method which stabilizes unstable periodic orbits embedded within a chaotic system by switching 3-levil inputs is proposed. The proposed method is one of time-continuous feedback methods. Thus,it is easy to stabilize high-period unstable orbits. In this paper we demonstrate that chaotic motions in Rossler sy stem can be stabilized on unstable periodic orbits by the proposed method. The relationship between input value and off set value of the method is clarified.Furthermore,we discuss the dynamics of controlling chaos, taking the sampling time of the computer for the control system into account.
