Subharmonic synchronization and Chaos in an oscillator with hard characteristics

Abstract(in English) There are two types of oscillators,with soft characteristics and with hard ones.A hard oscillator causes complicated phenomenon.In this paper,we discussed subharmonic synchronization of Duffing - Rayleigh equation with hard characteristics.This system has some parameter regions in which each limit cycle is synchronized to the external force.In the region of the 1, 2-subharmonic synchronization,we observe that period doubling bifurcations are co-existing with the Hopf bifurcations.Stable and unstable chaotic states are also observed in that region.
