Abstract(in English) | Recent advances of IC technology make it possible to merge digital and analog circuitry on one chip(system-on-siliocn).Mixed- signal simulator can handle such systems simultaneously in practical time.The simulator analyzes some part in analog level and the other in gate(digital)level.We report our example of applying a mixed-signal simulator to a commercial circuit.In addition.we discuss the current issues of the simulator and presents future direction. |
