| 抄録(和) | 細胞内マトリクスにおけるTCAサイクル生化学反応系の過渡的挙動を解析するため、反応システムを非線形微分方程式で記述しこれを数値解法により解いた。本系における最も重要な特性は反応回路におけるある特定の構成要素は反応が1回転すれば、また再利用されることである。反応回路におけるある特定の平衡係数を増加させると、それによって生成される物節はむしろ減少した。これは特定物質が過剰に生成されるのを抑制するための内因性制御が差動したものと解釈でき、TCA回路の構成特性に由来すると考えられる。本研究はTCA回路の反応特性を評価することに有益と考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Transient behavior of the biochemical reactions involved in the TCA cycle has been analyzed by solving non linear differential equations in Michaelis Menten type. The most characteristic nature of the system was to recruit a given material consumed as a substrate of the reactions. 100 fold increases in the rate constants in the reactions to produce a given member of the TCA cycle, unexpectedly reduced the concentration of the material. This must be a rebound phenomenon to prevent excess production of a given material in the TCA cycle system since an excess accumulation or depletion of members in the TCA cycle result in obstruction of effective recycling in the TCA cycle. Present investigation is available to evaluate the functional properties of the TCA cycle which is the bridge between glucose and fatty acid metabolism. |
