An Application of Two-Dimensional Chaos Cryptsystem : E-mail with MIME

Abstract(in English) E-mail is the most useful application of internet. Although it should be ensured person's privacy for transmission processes, one can eavesdrop messages easily by listening to its communications since the message is not protected. Cryptsystems are available to keep security of the message body of E-mail. We propose a cyriptsystem using a two-dimensional chaotic map. The message is encrypted by the chaotic map and its secret key is only encrypted by RSA, thus this system can be regarded as a public-key cryptsystem. The chaos cryptsystem is implemented to MIME which can make encryption and decryption automatically.
