| 抄録(和) | 培養下のバクテリア(枯草菌)は、環境条件である栄養基濃度、寒天の硬さ等に依存して様々なコロニーパターンを形成することが知られている。本文では、このコロニーパターン形成の数理モデルを提出し、数値シミュレーションから理論的考察をした。具体的には、2変数反応拡散方程式で記述されたモデルを次の手順で考えた。まず、拡散項を無視した常微分方程式の平衡点の安定性が、1次元モデル方程式の進行波解にどのような影響を与えるか。そして、2次元モデル方程式のプラナー進行波解の安定性がどうなっているのか。最後に、樹枝状パターンの現れる機構について考察した。 |
| 抄録(英) | It is known that bacterial species called Bacillus subtilis call form several colony patterns during growth when varying environmental conditions such as concentrations of nutrient and agar in the agar medium. In this paper, we have suggested Mathematical model of colony pattern formations and had the theoretical consideration from the point of numerical simulation. Concretly we investigated this model described by reaction-diffusion system as following: we have examined the relation between the traveling wave solutions for 1-dimentional system and planar traveling waves for 2-dim system, and considered the mechanism which can appear the dendritic patterns. |
