| 抄録(和) | バイアス電圧を伴った従属スイッチトキャパシタ(DSC)を含む、カオス発生回路族について考察する。DSCの働きにより、回路のキャパシタ電圧はあるしきい値に達すると、バイアス電圧にジャンプする。本系に対し、まず写像法の適用により本系からの2パラメータ分岐図を計算し、本系からのカオスの発生と基本的な安定周期解の存在について理論的に解析する。またDSCが発生するパルスを用いて、同回路を相互に結合した系を提案する。同系では、カオスの同期やその崩壊、擬同期などを含む多様な現象が発生する。なお一部の現象についてはその物理的メカニズムについて理論的説明を行なう。 |
| 抄録(英) | This article discusses a chaos generator family including a dependent switched capacitor (ab.DSC) with bias voltage. In this circuit, a capacitor voltage is led to the bias voltage instantaneously by DSC if the capacitor voltage reaches a threshold. Applying mapping procedure, we calculate two parameter bifurcation diagram and analyze the generation of chaos and the existance of stable periodic orbit. Also, we propose a system from the circuits coupled by switching pulse of DSC. This system exhibits various phenomena including synchronization of chaos, its breakdown, and quasi-synchronization. Under some parameter restrictions, physical mechanism of a phenomena is also explained theoretically. |
