Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we investigate the intermittent chaos observed in a mutually coupled phase-locked loop(PLL).The intermittency can be observed as follows: an orbit is constrained in a invariant manifolod for some time and leaves it occasionally in an irregular manner. We investigate this phenomenon about two types of filters(a first-order and a second-order loop filter)by calculating the average and local transversal Lyapunov exponent and the laminar phase distribution, and the entrance and the exit sets in the hyperplane to investigate the difference between the two types of PLLs.
