Abstract(in English) | A new neural cell model is proposed based on pulse-driven neural cells with fire timing fluctuation. The network based on this model can produce interesting recognition switching phenomenon. This paper discloses the design and simulation of pulse neural networks for 2-units competitive network and necker cube. |
