Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the previos papers, the authors have proposed two necessary conditions on which the 3rd order oscillators with a cubic nonlinear active element generate chaos. In this article, using a new simple chaotic oscillator, we show that these conditions can be expressed in terms of the admittance of the linear circuit connected to the nonlinear active element. From this result, we can see that if two oscillators with apparently different structure have the identical admittance, i.e., equivalent linear circuits, they behave quite identically. We call them "equivalent oscillators". We show that such two "equivalent oscillators" coupled by a resistor can actually synchronize.
