Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed an optimized electrical circuit for intra myocardial coronary circulation to make clear the influence of non linear dependencies of intra myocardial vessel resistance and compliance on the passive intra myocardial pressure. The model was consisted of arterial and venous sides. Each side was further comprised of epicardial and endo cardial sites. By the optimal control theory, we have computed the optimized temporal behaviors of the passive pressures. With increases in the exponents that describe the non linearity of the resistance and compliance, the time courses of the optimized passive pressures were altered significantly. The present analysis have shows that the non linearity in intra myocardial vessel is important in producing physiological intra myocardial passive pressures.
