Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The authors have proposed a biomolecular switching device called an enzyme transistor. This paper presents an artificial reaction-diffusion system constructed with enzyme transistors. This system can be used to design a computational medium for wire-free parallel processing based on reaction-diffusion dynamics. We also present an example of an excitable medium to solve optimal path problems.
