Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As an example application for the second generation current conveyors(CCIIs), this paper describes a method of configuring an SC (switched-capacitor) type universal biquad filter based on a bilinear transformation. The filter types discussed are low-pass filter(LPF), high-pass filter(HPF), band-pass filter(BPF), all-pass filter(APF), band-elimination filter(BEF), low-pass notch(LPN) and high-pass notch(HPN). The general circuit configuration comprices two CCIIs, with a low-gain amplification circuit employed when necessary to correct the voltage/current of the CCIIs. The filter circuits were actually fabricated, using an elec-trode frequency of approximately 10 kHz, Q was set to values of 0.7, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, and 10.0, with clock frequency settings of 125 kHz, 250 kHz, 500 kHz, and 1 MHz, respectively. Furthermore, experimental results were obtained for each type of filter.
