| 抄録(和) | 本報告では, 3値論理ニューロンから構成されるニューラルネットワークにおける連続時間系モデルの解析手法を提案する. 提案手法は微分方程式を解析することなく, ニューロンの出力ベクトルと内部状態によって3値論理ニューラルネットワークの安定状態及び, 状態遷移を調べることが可能である. 本手法を用いて, 3値ニューロンによる環状結合系ネットワークの解析を行う. また, 環状結合系ネットワークの設計, 及びSPICEによるシミュレーションを行い, 本手法の解析結果と比較する. この結果, 提案手法を用いることで, 環状結合系ネットワークの状態遷移を高速に解析できることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In this report, a simple method to analyze the continuous-time neural networks composed of 3-valued neurons. The stable states of the neural networks can be easily analyzed by using output vector and state of neurons without solving the differential equations. We have analyzed the 3-valued neural networks with cyclic connections by using this method. Furthermore we have designed the analog neural networks with cyclic connections and simulated by using SPICE. The result of SPICE simulation is compared with the one by the proposed method. Finaly we have confirmed that our algorithm is efficient and practical for the state analysis of neural networks. |
