Bifurcation of Symmetrical Equilibrium Points and Limit Cycles in a Unidirectionally Coupled Neural Oscillator

Abstract(in English) Symmetrical equilibrium points and limit cycles exit in a unidirectionally coupled neural oscillator. We assumed that the oscillator is invariant under the cyclic permutations and inversion. In this paper, we investigate bifurcation phenomena of symmetrical equilibrium points and limit cycles observed in the system coupled three or four simple oscillators. We found that higher symmetrical equilibrium point and limit cycle bifurcates, and lower symmetrical one appears.
