Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optical soliton transmission systems featuring periodical dispersion-slope compensation are numerically analyzed. Varying bitrate and wavelength dispersion, we have confirmed greater improvement of transmission distance in a higher bitrate system. Especially for a system of over 100Gbit/s bitrate, periodical compensation of the slope has been predicted indispensable.
