Abstract(in English) Ultra short and high timing stable optical pulse-train is very impoftant for optical signal processing and measurement such as optical time division multiplexers (O-TDM), optical Add-Drop Mux (O-ADM) components, and highspeed optical sampling systems. Signal pulse cycle flexibility is also important for practical utility. We focused on the pulse cycle flexible gain-swtched lader-diode and their timing jitter problem.. The new and simple timing jitter suppression circuit is proposed. The drastic jitter suppression from 11.7ps to 2.1ps is succesfully observed by using the simple optical components, fiber delay, optical power splitter and optical circulator.
