Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A 622.08 Mbit/s downstream and 155 Mbit/s upstream ATM-PON can be applied to video services as well as data services. This paper considers an ATM-PON system, in particular an ATM-PON optical interface, user network interfaces in an ONT and a multicast function in an OLT Based on these considerations, we show a design example of this system. We also show an application example of IP video transport services using this system.
