Abstract(in English) A combination of a high-speed downloading circuit and the primary rate loop of the public network will be a possible digital pipe to the general home in the furture.This paper proposes a public network where domain names are used as addresses of the subscriber loops with many terminals on each loop.This paper also classifies the addresses of the terminals into five types.They are (1)the default address that means the subscriber itself, (2)hidden addresses which only the owner of the terminal himself knowns, (3)personal address, (4)name of services as an address, and (5)name of equipment.
