| 抄録(和) | 本稿で述べる容量制御方式では、入出力バッファスイッチの出力側に閾値を設け、キュー長と比べて入力バッファからの読み出し速度を動的に制御することにより、トラヒックの需要変動に迅速に対応できる動的容量制御方式を提案する。本方式に関するトラヒックシミュレーションを行い、遅延、待ち行列長、公平性、スループットなどの性能を評価した。これにより網利用効率が向上することを示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes a dynamic capacity control scheme for input and output buffered switch.In the proposed method, the output queue length is comppared with the threshold value settled in the output buffer, and then path capacity is equivalently controlled by dynamically allocating appropriate read out speed for the input buffer.This enables the network to efficiently adapt to the bursty input traffic variation.The authors evaluated the performance such as delay, queue length, fairness and throughput using traffic simulation.The results showed that the proposed method improves the utilization of network resources. |
