Abstract(in English) Recently PDS optical access network is widely developed because low cost can be achieved sharing an SLT with ONUs. Achieving wide dynamic range and enough differential optical power level between a transmitter and receivers is important and low cost is also very important for optical receivers. Our target was one-chip optical receiver IC which contained a pre-amplifier, an AGC amplifier, a comparator, and a PLL in order to combine low cost and high performance. We took measures to meet with degradation of the sensitivity and made experimental samples. Our results were that the minimum average received optical power was less than -43dBm when the response of the photo-diode was 0.85[A/W].
