Abstract(in English) This paper describes a LAN architecture for streaming-data based on a broadcast-and-select WDM/SCM switching. To confirm the feasibility of the physical layer, 800 channel system (10 wavelengths with 80 subcarriers) using 64 QAM (29.162 Mb/s/subcarrier) was demonstrated. In addition, an architecture for streaming-data with a lower bit-rate is described, and the feasibility of 6 Mbit/s, 3,200 channel system was confirmed.
