Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When we manage software quality during test phases, at end of test phases, and at release, we have to predict the number of software undiscovered errors. Because switching system softwares have long life time and are changed continuously, it is useful to analyze error occurrence tendency for high precision quality management. We apply Software Reliability Growth Model (SRGM) to error data in a switching system software which was first developed and added new functions twice. We analyze the application tendency of the best SRGM and prediction precision of undiscovered errors from development process analysis. We also propose a application method by change rate. The SGRM we evaluated this time are the gompertz, logistic delayed S shape and goel-okumoto curve.
