Abstract(in English) | Highspeed optical access system using ATM and point-to-multipoint passive optical fiber network (PON) technologies has been actively studied to realize full services and economical opotical access systems. This paper describes the standardization activities mainly made in FSAN (Full Service Access Network) Group and outlines of ITU-T Recommendation G.983 on a high-speed optical access systems specificatons. |
