Abstract(in English) Ultrahigh-speed optical waveform measurement method is described with optical sampling using sum-frequency generation and supercontinuum ultrashort optical pulse generation technique. 400 Gbit/s optical signal waveform is successfully measured with 0.44 ps temporal resolution. Also discussed is the temporal resolution and the SNR characteristics of the method.
