Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Ultrahigh-speed optical waveform measurement method is described with optical sampling utilizing sum-frequency-generation. By using an organic optical nonlinear crystal AANP and amplifying subpicosecond sampling pulse, high sensitivity as well as subpicosecond resolution have been realized. With this method, 100 Gbit/s optical signal eyediagram is successfully measured.
