Abstract(in English) We have proposed GTTH(Gigabit To The Home) system, which can deliver Gb/s signals to the sub-scribers using PDS(Passive Double Star) topology. In this system, a bit-interleaving multiplexing/demultiplexing scheme is newly introduced to handle various data formats. At a center office, a channel indicator is inserted in the basic channel. And, at a subscriber, after detecting basic channel, each channel can be selected referencing phase difference to the basic channel. This technique makes it possible to handle Gb/s high speed signals. In this report, we described the multiplexing and demultiplexing scheme, and also the way to accommodating DBS signals.
