Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to quickly and flexibly respond to customer's request for various and advanced telecommunication services, Intelligent Network(IN)has been studied and developed. It is assumed that the SCP consists of multiple modules because of high flexibility to the call traffic and the number of services within that SCP. We have already proposed the users allocation method in the SCP. Furthermore, we are requested for open networks, it is expected that roaming service is achieved. The roaming service accommodates and controls customers, which belong to other carriers, within SCP. In addition, roaming customers are directly registered from other carrier's SCP. This paper describes roaming customers, which are different from general customers, allocation and management method.
