| Abstract(in English) | We have proposed a Broadcast-and-Select WDM system to realize future Hyper-media netWork. Broadcast-and-Select WDM systems which combine communication network with broadcast network need to be provided a lot of channels. WDM technologies are expected to provide them, but now it is restricted that the number of available wavelength is about dozens of wavelengths due to optical amp gain width and absolute wave1ength stability. Therefore we developed Broadcast-and-Select WDM systems using combination of WDM and electric multiplexing technologies. This report described details of this systems and experiment. |
