Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Efficient accommodation of the packet data traffic on the optical subscriber access network has been studied in order to acquire the high throughput on the packet transfer needed for the computer data services or Internet access. We proposed the dynamic bandwidth allocation technique for ATM-PON topology considering the adaptation to the subscriber access system with dynamic band allocation function accommodating of the CBR and data services. We experimentally manufactured the dynamic bandwidths allocation system for ATM-PON evaluating with the burst traffic source.
