| 抄録(和) | 動的輪郭モデルは画像から物体を抽出するためのアルゴリズムとして提案されており, これらは輪郭の検出, 移動物体の追跡, 画像合成といった多くのアプリケーションに適用されている.しかし, これらのモデルが画像処理に強力で柔軟なものであっても, 処理速度やハードウェア量といった問題が残されている.これらは, コンピュータのソフトウェアプログラムにより構成されているので, 処理速度やハードウェア量がコンピュータのものに大きく左右される.このような理由により, 独立な画像信号処理システムに動的輪郭モデルを適用することは困難である.本報告では、実時間画像処理用のスタンドアロンシステムを開発するために, FPGA上でハードウェア化を行った.提案したシステムの有効性を示すために, システムの構成および実験の結果について報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | Active contour models are proposed to extract objects from images and are applied to many applications such as edge detection, motion tracking and image matching. However these models are powerful and flexible tools for image processing, their processing speed and hardware amounts are remained should be solved. They are developed as software programs of computers and processing speed and hardware amounts of them are heavily depend on those of computers. Because of these probles, it is very hard to apply these models to stand-alone video signal processing systems. In this paper, their hardware realization on FPGA is examined for development of stand-alone real time video processing systems. Construction of it and experimental results are included to show effectiveness of the proposed system. |
