Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present a mosaic technique, which seamlessly align images taken from middle or great distance without using overlapped parts of the images. Within the parts that overlap between images, error caused by depth problem blurs generated mosaic image. In our method, images used for mosaic are separated into patches and overlapped parts are removed. Then we transform shapes and adjust luminance of every patch so that images are perfectly aligned along the boundaries. We demonstrate that clear mosaic images can be obtained using our method.
