Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Cardiovascular system operates under the noises which would have disturbed unless adequate noise suppressive drive has been performed. These noses, however, can be understood as white Gaussian noises because the cardiovascular system works eve under these disturbances. Hence, the system can be understood as averaging input out put system which leads to H2 control. The present work gives mathematical method to analyze the H2 control on the coronary circulation. The system was described by three layers mode consisted of epicardium, intermediate layer and endo cardial regions. We set out put and estimation vectors. By applying the H2 control theory, we solved two Riccati equations for state variables and estimator. We could obtain the time courses of intra myocardial pressures under the control of H2 theory.
