Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The active-R filter technique utilizing opamp's frequency charactaristics, can be used in high-frequency application. For active-R filters realized on the monolithic IC, the variation of opamp's frequency charactaristics causes tolerances of the filter's responses. In this paper, we propose an automatic tuning circuit with the phase detection, for integrated active-R filters. A design example of active-R filters and proposed automatic tuning circuit is examined by the experimental circuit realized with descrete elements, and performance improvement based on linear model analysis is discussed.
