Abstract(in English) Gaussian superlattices with ideal energy filtering characteristics are obtained by modulating multi quantum well structures by Gayssuan function. In this paper, distribution of poles and zeros of reflection coefficient of a Gaussian Superlattice is compared with case of a multi quantum well structures structure for the purpose of investigating into mechanism hatching ideal filtering characteristics.
