Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, new data hiding technique in music signal by adding band-limited random sequence is introduced. The relation among the distortion of the proposed data hiding method, the number of subband division, and the length of ditribution sequence is examined. As a result, the distortion of the sound processed by the proposed method is determined by the center frequencty of the bandpass filter and the product of the number of sub-band division and the length of distribution sequence. In addition, error rate of the encoded and decode sound by MPEG coding system is examined. As a result, the case of the data is hieded into lower frequency band, the data is correctly extracted.
