Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Many of researchers have proposed digital watermarking algorithms. The imperceptibility of watermarks is important. One of the algorithm taking account of the imperceptibility is the Laurence method based on the MPEG psychoacoustic model. This method only considers simultaneous masking. Hence, we augment a temporal masking model to the Laurence method, and evaluate it. The results indicate that 1)audio signals embedded watermarks have no degradation of their quality. 2)the watermarks robustness including temporal masking is improved even for the MPEG encoding.
