Abstract(in English) This paper describe a system to discriminate its and estimate gas concentration using a digital signal processor. The response patterns of semiconductor gas sensor depend on gas species. The discrimination is performed in three steps. The first step is classification of gas species using the relation of three sensor response. The second step is the discrimination of individual gas species using transient response patterns of sensors. The third step is estimation of gas concentration using fuzzy neural network.
