Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a design of IIR all-pass filters using successive projections method is presented. In order to design this IIR digital filter, a complex approximation problem must be solved. First, it is shown that the complex approximation problem is converted into the real approximation problem. Next, successive projections method for chebyshev solution is used to solve the real approximation problem. This method is an iterative optimization technique and its algorithm is very simple and fast.
