Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Residue number system (RNS) deals with several small residues of the input digit and can compute a parallel binary operation in each residue. There is the merit in redundant binary (RB) representation that numbers can be added in fixed time unrelated the range of digit because carry does not propagate on adding. In this research, we combine them and propose a RNS using RB.
