Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Conventional subband adaptive filters with the maximal decimation cannot attain the theoretical minimal mean squared error in system identification. This is mainly because of alising problem due to the maximal decimation. In this paper, we propose a new subband adaptive filter which comprises of two distinct kinds of analysis filter bank. This scheme does not require no a priori knowledge of statistics with regard to signals. This is a great advantage from the practical point of view. Some computer simulations show the efficiency of the proposed structure.
