Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new design method of oversampled perfect reconstruction Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) filter banks for subband adaptive filters. The proposed DFT filter banks have the properties which are to reconstruct the input signal perfectly, to avoid both aliasing and imaging components in each subband, and to consist of lower rate filters than input rate for arbitrary rate conversion. In addition, The design method of the DFT filter banks is simple because it is reduced to a liner programming problem. The filter banks can be designed based on the oversampled perfect reconstruction condition, although it is impossible to design the banks by that of critical sampled reconstruction.
