Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A distributed parameter model was proposed to analyze physiological aortic flow, ventricular pressure and ventricular pressure-volume curves under the criterion function of optimal control theory including minimization of time differential of arterial flow rate, fluctuation of ventricular ejection pressure and extermal work of ventricle. Changes in fluid dynamical resistance affected ventricular and arterial pressure but did not for aortic flow rate. Changes in arterial compliance caused both changes in ventricular, arterial pressure and aortic flow rate. The hydraulic powers increased with resistance, decreased with compliance.
