Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The checkerboard effect is caused by the periodic time-variant property of the interpolator which composes a multirate system. Although the condition for one-dimensional multirate systems with no checerboard effect has been shown, the checkerboard effect in multidimensional multirate systems has not been considered. In this paper, the condition for multidimensional sampling rate conversion with no checkerboard effect is considerd. Simulation examples show that the checkerboard effect can be avoided by using the proposed condition.
