Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a method for adequately controlling sound image by changing the wave-front shape of sound beam using the array of speakers and 2-D FIR filter. The results are. (1)The approximation of the 2-D filter with the complex amplitude is extremely improved by making the radius of the circle specified to change the wavefront shape infinitely large. (2)Sound image becomes to be exactly fixed at the center of the circle. And the changed or newly created wavefronts are concentrically radiated from the sound image, that is, like a focus point. (3)The width of the sound beam radiated from the sound image is determined by the spread of the speaker array and the distance to the sound image. |
