Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a new IIR adaptive decimation filter is proposed for multirate digital signal processing. First, a new method for deducing the IIR decimation filter from the second-order IIR digital filter is proposed. Secondly, the IIR adaptive decimation filter is implemented which is canceling noise in the input signal while changing the sampling rate. Finally, the usefulness of the proposed IIR adaptive decimation filter is verified by the computer simulations.
