Abstract(in English) A flat Field-emitter image sensor that uses a newly developed field emitter array(FEA) and a High-gain Avalanche Rushing amorphous Photoconductor(HARP) is described. An experimental sensor, which has 128x96 pixels and a glass-capsule structure, was fabricated and tested. The results show that the device has good emission and resolution characteristics after packaging.
