Abstract(in English) The peniotron is expected as a high power and high efficiency microwave and millimeter wave source.We designed and fabricated an electron gun with a mirror ratio of 200 to generate an axis encircling electron beam for this purpose.In addition,we designed and fabricated a 100GHz peniotron oscillation using the electron gun and examined the oscillation chracteristics.In the experiments peniotron and gyrotron were observed at the TE21 and TE11 modes, respectively,in the frequency range of 70~11OGHz.
