Abstract(in English) | In a tunnel junction having a very small capacitance,the charing energy by an elementary charge e can be greater than the thermal energy,and it forbids an electron tuuneling through the junction. This principle includes a possibility to reailze the single- electron devices,and the investigation has begun in many labolatories recent years.The auther is going to talk about several basic topics concerning the single electron charging effects. |
